Arch + Cable's first floor lobby is open to guests between the hours of 7am - 11pm everyday of the week. Take a work meeting or zoom call from our bespoke lounge or bar area, gather before an event or check out our hosted experiences. All of our guest rooms are located on the fourth floor of Bridge Plaza, accessible by elevator and stairs.

FOOD + BEVERAGE

We offer 24/7 Coffee, Tea and Water service on the Fourth Floor and during lobby hours. Our 24/7 Nespresso Coffee Bar is conveniently located on the fourth floor near the elevators where we also offer grab-and-go breakfast items like granolas, fruit and protein bites from 6am-10am every day. We also have complimentary bagged ice under the coffee bar/Nespresso machine to grab at your convenience.

VIRTUAL CONCIERGE

Arch + Cable is committed to serving you around the clock -- before and after your stay. No need to come to the lobby, feel free to text us a question at any point after booking, and we will be happy to get you the information you desire. This feature is run by our staff and real humans! We are happy to answer your questions or meet your needs at any time of day. Our overnight staff is located at our sister hotel, Hotel Alexander, just a few blocks away and makes frequent stops to Arch + Cable.

IN-ROOM FEATURES

Each of our rooms is equipped with steamers, a clothes bar and hangers for garments, quartz showers, bespoke finishes, large windows with panoramic views of the city, 55” televisions with Direct TV and personal streaming and high-quality linens and mattresses.

COMPLIMENTARY

We offer guests a self-service station full of extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, shave kits, combs, towels and fans! If you forgot it — we can get it to you! Complimentary slippers are provided in-room to keep your toes toasty on our non-carpeted floors! If you forgot anything or need additional towels, please shoot our virtual assistant a text or call us at 507.479.1015.

ACCESS + ENTRY

Check-in is at 4PM. Guests will receive a key code on their arrival date for the main doors and their guest room via text and email. Staff will be available during lobby hours of 7AM to 11PM every day of week to for any questions with check-in. Check-out is at 11AM. 

If booking through a third-party site, a secondary credit card will be needed for incidental authorizations. All guest credit cards will be authorized upon check-in for $50. This authorization will be voided after the duration of the stay upon check-out.

CANCELLATION
Guests may cancel 48-hours prior to check-in, local hotel time, for full refund. Cancellations after this period are subject to charges equal to one night stay including any applicable taxes and fees. In the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable. 

TERMS + CONDITIONS
Guests must be 21+ at the time of check-in. Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned.

PETS

We love our pets and believe travel can be so much more fun when we bring them along! We have a few guidelines in order to keep you, your pet and other guests safe when sharing our space: All pets must be accompanied at all times when they are in the hotel. Your pet must be on a leash when outside of your room. If you choose to violate any parts of this policy or your pet is being disruptive, it will result in the guest and pet vacating the premises with no refund.

PARKING
Parking is always free. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property. 

SMOKING + DAMAGES
Arch + Cable Hotel  is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $250 room cleaning fee.

We want you to enjoy your stay at Arch + Cable but ask you remain respectful of our property. Property damages, professional cleaning, or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value.

SAFETY + SECURITY
Our building and common areas are under 24/7 surveillance. As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.

Arch + Cable Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation at any time for any reason.
