Looking for a place to host your company retreat? Need a space for a shower or gathering? Connect with us to book the Bridge Plaza Training Room. It accommodates 48-75 guests and features an outdoor balcony overlooking the Silos Art Mural.
Arch + Cable's lobby is open to guests between the hours of 6am - 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 6am - 10pm Friday and Saturday. Take a work meeting or zoom call from our bespoke lounge or bar area or gather before an event or check out our hosted experiences.
Each of our rooms is equipped with steamers, 10 hangers for garments, quartz showers, bespoke finishes, a recovery bar with local snack offerings, large windows with panoramic views of the city, 55” televisions ready for streaming and high-quality linens and mattresses.
Dunkin’ is delivered every morning with a variety of baked goods. We also keep fruit and grab-and-go items stocked for your convenience. Our 24/7 Nespresso bar and coffee is available to guests.
There is a bag of ice in the freezer, free for you to use! We also have extra bags of ice under the coffee bar/Nespresso machine. The slippers are also complimentary to keep your toes toasty on our non-carpeted floors. If you forgot anything or need additional towels, etc. Check under the coffee bar for toothbrushes, toothpaste, shave kits, combs and towels.

Arch + Cable Hotel is located within Bridge Plaza on the Fourth Floor. Our lobby entrance is on the ground level and can be entered inside the Bridge Plaza Lobby
DO YOU HAVE BLOCKS OF ROOMS FOR WEDDINGS?
Yes! We'd love to host your wedding party. Please email us at hello@archandcable.com to chat with guest services to plan your special day.
IS THERE PARKING ON-SITE?
Yes! Parking is free for guests in the Bridge Plaza lot. Please contact us if you are hosting individuals who are not staying at Arch + Cable in the Training Room for additional parking accommodations.
WHAT TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Catch a Lyft or Uber from our lobby to get you anywhere in Mankato!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Yes, we allow pets! You must abide by our pet policy and pay a $50 pet fee.
DO YOU HAVE ROOM SERVICE?
At this time, we do not offer room service, but if you call during Lobby Hours we will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you are looking for late-night bites, we do have a DoorDash drop off in the Bridge Plaza Lobby.
IS THERE A DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA?
Yes! The designated smoking area is located on the southwest side of the building.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Guests may cancel 48 hours prior to check-in, local hotel time, for a full refund.
IS THERE A FITNESS CENTER OR POOL?
We do not have a fitness center or pool on-site.
DO YOU HAVE ON-SITE DINING?
We do not have on-site dining, but have dining options available within walking distance of the building.
AM I ABLE TO CHECK-IN EARLY OR CHECK-OUT LATE?
If you wish to check-in early or check-out late, please let a staff member know and we will do our best to accomodate your request!

CANCELLATION
Guests may cancel 48-hours prior to check-in, local hotel time, for full refund. Cancellations after this period are subject to charges equal to one night stay including any applicable taxes and fees. In the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
TERMS + CONDITIONS
Guests must be 21+ at the time of check-in. Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned.
PETS Unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fee. All pets must be accompanied at all times when they are in the hotel. If you wish to leave your pet alone in your room, you must receive authorization from a staff member beforehand. Your pet must be on a leash when outside of your room. If you choose to violate any parts of this policy or your pet is being disruptive, it may result in the guest and pet vacating the premises with no refund.
Check-in is at 4PM. Guests will receive a key code prior to arrival for the main doors and their guest room. Staff will be available during lobby hours of 6AM to 9PM Sunday-Thursday and 6AM-10PM Friday & Saturday for any questions or assistance with check-in. Check-out is at 10AM.
Parking is always free. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
Arch + Cable Hotel is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $250 room cleaning fee.
We want you to enjoy your stay at Arch + Cable but ask you remain respectful of our property. Property damages, professional cleaning, or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value.
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.
Arch + Cable Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation at any time for any reason. Full payment is required for reservation.
