GUEST SERVICES
OVERVIEW
Responsible for front desk operations while maintaining high standards of hospitality + care.
TYPE
Day Shift, Overnights, Weekends, Holidays, Part or Full Time, Hourly
Responsibilities:
Coordinate guest reservations + check in
Maintain accurate records
Communicate professionally with Guests, Staff and Vendors
Complete reporting as required by general manager and ownership
Assist Housekeeping as needed
Respond to reviews on TripAdvisor, Google, Yelp, etc.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by Manager
Candidates must be willing and able to:
Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
Commit to delivering high levels of customer service
Lift up to 50lbs, bend and stand on ladders
Desire to develop as a leader in the hospitality industry
HOUSEKEEPING
OVERVIEW
Responsible for housekeeping operations while maintaining high standards of hospitality + care.
TYPE
Day Shift, Part Time Weekends + Holidays, Hourly
Responsibilities:
Clean & Stock Guest Rooms According to our Housekeeping Standards of Care
Help with Laundry Operations & Inventory
Maintain Common Areas
Light Maintenance Work (changing light bulbs, paint touch ups, etc.
Assist with Guest Inquiries as needed.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by Shift Lead.
Candidates must be willing and able to:

Commit to delivering high levels of customer service
Lift up to 50lbs, bend, and stand on ladders.
