GUEST SERVICES

OVERVIEW
Responsible for front desk operations while maintaining high standards of hospitality + care.

TYPE
Day Shift, Overnights, Weekends, Holidays, Part or Full Time, Hourly


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate guest reservations + check in

  • Maintain accurate records

  • Communicate professionally with Guests, Staff and Vendors

  • Complete reporting as required by general manager and ownership

  • Assist Housekeeping as needed

  • Respond to reviews on TripAdvisor, Google, Yelp, etc.

  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by Manager

Candidates must be willing and able to:

  • Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

  • Commit to delivering high levels of customer service

  • Lift up to 50lbs, bend and stand on ladders

  • Desire to develop as a leader in the hospitality industry 

HOUSEKEEPING

OVERVIEW
Responsible for housekeeping operations while maintaining high standards of hospitality + care.

TYPE
Day Shift, Part Time Weekends + Holidays, Hourly


Responsibilities:

  • Clean & Stock Guest Rooms According to our Housekeeping Standards of Care

  • Help with Laundry Operations & Inventory

  • Maintain Common Areas

  • Light Maintenance Work (changing light bulbs, paint touch ups, etc.

  • Assist with Guest Inquiries as needed.

  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by Shift Lead.

Candidates must be willing and able to:

  • Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

  • Commit to delivering high levels of customer service

  • Lift up to 50lbs, bend, and stand on ladders.
