Construction Has Begun!
Arch + Cable hotel will be opening Fall of 2023, but what leads up to the opening date? Construction, product sourcing, hiring and training employees, getting guest rooms ready, and so many more behind the scene details. The hotel is located in the Bridge Plaza building on Riverfront Drive in downtown Mankato. There will be a main floor lobby, with 20 guest suites occupying the fourth floor. Right now it doesn’t look like much…

Our intentions are to be boldly simple, refined + luxurious. To ensure these intentions are brought to life, we’ve entrusted WEB Construction Mankato as our construction partner.
We spoke with Julie Fredrickson, Marketing Director at WEB Construction, to tell us more about the company.
“[We are] a family and locally-owned and operated company, Josh Williams stepped into the CEO / President role in 2019, taking over for his father, Jerry Williams who remains Vice President and Founder.
Our mission is quality & integrity building form & function. This shines through from our own team, and onto our process for selecting subcontractors.
We have worked with members of the ownership group for Arch + Cable and value the relationships we hold there. This project is a unique scenario in that not only are we completely transforming what was originally intended to be a large office space into several smaller temporary living spaces, but also to create and build this environment within a fully operational building already containing several businesses and residential tenants. We always work with our clients closely to best ensure their continued business operations while respecting privacy and noise concerns, however, this project particularly will create an opportunity for us to heighten our communication and strategy for being sensitive to the needs of neighboring tenants as well.”
