Unique Room Finishes

It’s been a few weeks since our last construction update, and WEB Construction has been hard at work at Arch + Cable. Take a look at what has been going on.

Framing has been completed both in the lobby and on the guest room floor. Metal framing was used instead of wood framing, but additional wood blocking will be added in areas where anything will be hanging on the wall to help secure it all in place.

Duct work is being completed to provide each room with central heat and air - no typical PTAC units here! Electrical will be completed within the next week as well. The team is moving along at a great pace.

Here is what our Out of Office room is looking like!

This room includes one (1) king bed and a large desk for the business traveler wanting to work in a relaxing + sophisticated environment.

While construction continues, we are starting to choose finishes and furniture for each room. The benefit of being an independent hotel brand is not having to follow brand standards on what furniture, fixtures, or décor are allowed. We can customize the look and feel to create a unique experience.

To carry our brand throughout the hotel, we have chosen these beautiful, arched full length mirrors for the rooms, with smaller versions to match in the bathrooms. Pictures do not do them justice!

We’ve also been hard at work selecting bed frames, furniture, beautiful matte black fixtures throughout, and so much more. We finalized the color of the quartz and laminate that will be throughout. We shared a sneak peak of these on our Instagram a few days ago so be sure to follow us there for real time updates. Isn’t is beautiful?

In the coming weeks drywall will be installed and we will start ordering linens, terry, and furniture as most items have a lead time of 10-12 weeks. We are on track to open fall 2023, so book your room to be one of the first to experience our unique design!
